Online Cancellation Process:

Please follow the below steps to cancel an order.

1) Log into your account.

2) Look at the top right corner of your screen, click on “My Account”, select “Order” submenu.

3) After selecting “Order”, you'll able to find the page and get the details of all your order.

4) Locate the ‘Cancel’ button and click on it.

5) And look! Your order has been cancelled.

FAQ: Cancellations:

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order as long as the order has not been packed or not in the confirmed state.

  • Can I change the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order but only if the order shipment is pending, once it has been shipped, you can’t change.

Before shipping, you can update your address by updating it under ‘change address’ option which is available under My Account/ Order submenu.

  • When will I get my refund after cancellation?

You will find no delays from our side. As soon as your order has been cancelled, we will initiate the refund.

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source (bank) account within 5-7 days from the time of order cancellation.
