When it comes to doing payment, we at Menzmoment feel that it is our main responsibility to offer easy and secured payment options to customers, which as part of Buyer Protection Policy.

All our payment gateways are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) .

Modes of payment at Menzmoment :

To enjoy hassle free transactions, we accept multiple modes of payment such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD).

(Note: For Cash on Delivery option, please check your pin code to find out the method is available over there or not) .

FAQ: Payment:

  • My order transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account.What should I do?

Payment can fail for many reasons, due to technical error or due to incorrect payment credentials.

If the amount has been deducted from your account without order confirmation, please do not place a second order for the same product.

Within 48-hours, your order will automatically be confirmed by our side and a confirmation will be sent to you through Email/SMS.

However, if your order is not confirmed or you get a payment declined message, please check with your bank for details or contact us.

For this, you may be required to submit a screenshot of your account statement.

Please stay rest assured that your amount will be refunded to you in case of failed order transaction.

  • How will I know whether COD is available on my product?

If COD option is available, it is given on the specific product page. However, if case of any special discount or offer, COD option may not be available.
